Shipping policy

Each item in our lair is made with care and a touch of darkness—because of this, please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. Many of our products are handmade, printed, or customized in-house, and we want to make sure everything arrives as beautifully creepy as intended.

Shipping Methods:

We ship using USPS First Class Mail, Ground Advantage, or Priority, depending on the size and weight of your order. You’ll receive a tracking number (Ground and Priority only) once your package flaps its wings and heads your way.

Shipping Times:

Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 2–6 business days (domestic), but may vary depending on your location and the service used.

Missing or Delayed Orders:

If your order seems delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we always recommend checking with your local USPS office or carrier first—they often have more accurate, up-to-the-minute info than tracking pages.
