It Started with One Rack...

Okay, Mothlings—story time.
Let’s rewind to Fall of 2024. No Whatnot shows. No killer set. No weekly stickers. Just two brothers in a basement with one rack of clothes, a pile of thrift finds, and a wild idea:
“What if we made goth clothes… but made them our way?”
That’s how Moth Bros started.
No fancy studio. Just the boys, a sewing machine that acted up on the regular, and clothes that were literally stitched together from scraps, safety pins, and busted chains. We’re talking Franken-fits before it was even a thing.
The pics you’re about to see? They’re OG.
Matthew and Andrew next to their very first collection—awkward lighting, raw vibes, and every piece made with love (and probably a few In-n-Out burgers). No filters. No hype. Just heart.
This is where it all began.
Before the Moth Lair, before the shows, before “Mothlings” was a thing—there were just two bros trying to bring a little edge to the basement.
And y’all… they’ve come a long way.
